Now, I would like to introduce with this story on Great Female Artistic Vocalists, the one and only Ploychompoo (Pink Sapphire) aka Jannina W, her real name being Jannine Parawie Weigel. She is the new fresh faced, charming sensation that has exploded in youtube popularity in very recent months.
Having the most adorable persona that you will ever see, Jannina seems to always be inspired by the joy of every moment.When asked about her key to being so happy she said, “It’s probably in my genetics, because my father actually smiles a lot too, and when I was like a baby I smiled a lot too.” After that she finishes with her very kind smile and brief laughter, as it appears that there is always a very kind and warm inspiration coming out of her all of the time.
Jannina W and Melody
Jannina was born on July 30th of 2000 in Steinfurt, Germany. She is half Thai and half German. She speaks Thai, German, English, some Chinese, and she has been working on her Vietnamese and other languages.
The first ten years of her life she lived in Germany, before moving to Thailand, where she still lives today. Her future plans involve an IGCSE examination, and if that works out she would complete her High School education in early 2015. Also, she plans to have a bachelor degree by 2017.
Here in the following video, Jannina displays her wonderful talent and unique vocals at twelve years old.
In 2010, Jannina began working with a modeling agency, and a few years later began working very hard on her singing. In Thailand she became popular very quickly beginning in April of 2012 with her TV appearance on “Singing Kids” and then in September in the music video “How far is near or How long is close.” Also, she began working at GMM Grammy as an artist in October, 2012. Shortly after and ever since then she has had professional training with vocal coaches, as well as dancing and acting.
Jannina W began on youtube in February of 2013, but it was not until the close of 2013 and January of 2014, that her subscribers and her video views began to sky rocket. Now in mid October she has about 650 thousand subscribers and over 90 million video views.
Now, recognition of the reason for this popularity begins to stand out. As Jannina not only has her voice to the credit, but also her unending, creative charm and wit takes over your senses. She uses amazing theatrical expression, the most charming facial expressions that you’ll ever see, along with some very brilliant vocal tones. All those things are demonstrated very well in this next video.
Jannina still works with GMM Grammy performing as an artist. She currently does performances as a singer, as well as modeling and TV commercials. Her dream is to become an international singer and actress.
You can see that her training and hard work have really paid off, as now she delivers videos that will dazzle your mind.
